PositiveDon’t believe all the negative. I had a positive experience. Everyone was nice to my father. Everything was always answered and handled quickly. I was able to visit anytime and my dad was always taken care of whenever we came to see him.

CriticalMy mother is presently a resident there, and she likes it there very much. My sister tells me that the aides and nurses are very caring. Mom's room is very nice. They have activities that she can participate in. Presently very happy that she is closer to my sisters (since I am out of state). Without having visited there, I give it 3 stars. Have been told they have updated rooms and the facility as a whole.

CriticalLook elsewhere. Our mother has a bedsore within two weeks of arriving that became 4 as it was not treated properly. She fell out of bed & got a fracture. Bed sore was not changed (dressing for over 2 1/2 days when ordered to be changed twice over day. Wheelchair was unsafe (cable broken) which I alerted them to & 3 days later had to remind them again.
