My relative has moved into Autumn Trace Columbia City. She's been there for about four weeks and things are going really well. It was closer to family. The people that work there are phenomenal. During the move-in, they went above and beyond. We had a couple of glitches because we lived so far away, but they were very, very accommodating. My husband said the food was very good, and my relative likes it. She says it's good. They have a menu and she has a copy of it in her room. It's very clean, very i…

Very impressed

5 stars for all. I was so impressed with Autumn Trace in Columbia City and all of the staff that I stopped looking any further, I knew that this was the place. The location of the facility, the newness, the meals, caring staff and management are what sticks out most about this facility that has made it such a good experience for my loved one. I would absolutely recommend Autumn Trace to others. It was a perfect fit for my 102 year old step dad.

Grateful for Autumn Trace Assisted Living

I highly recommend Autumn Trace Assisted Living in Columbia City, Indiana. They provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment for the people who live there. I am impressed by the way the staff all work together to provide the services that the residents need. They have a nurse that will set up medications and staff give medication reminders and supervise medication taking. They allow small pets. The resident rooms are spacious, very nice wall & carpet colors. The whole facility is well maintained, new & tastefully decorated for a comfortable environment. The staff are qualified, friendly & helpful. Residents have art class & bingo, church services & other games, more activities are coming & monthly fun themes that are celebrated.
