Staff has been good. Some communication issues. But not anything bad. There kind and helpful. Food could be better at times. The memory care area is clean but could use updating. Very old furniture in community area. Much nicer in assistant living area. Overall it's good. And the price is a little more reasonable than Boise or Eagle. Could have more activities, but to be fair many residents are not interested in participating.

I would give Autumn Wind a 5+. The facility smelled clean and was clean to the eye. I felt my husband was loosing weight and I asked if they would give him more to eat and they did. The staff there treated him like family engaging him in conversation, giving him hugs and kindness. [name removed] was thoughtful and kind in all ways to patients and their families.

The Autumn Wind Assisted Living was fine. I didn't like the layout quite as much, because it's a much bigger community, but I like the dining room. The meal was okay, but the dessert wasn't. I really liked the living room area. I didn't see any courtyard; It had a lot of windows, but I didn't see a place where you could really go outside. If there were an outside area, like a courtyard or someplace, where people could go, I think that would be beneficial.

We found Autumn Wind an ideal place. The staff there is very friendly and do everything possible to make their residents feel loved and cared about. I found that they are open to the ideas of the resident's family. Autumn Wind is really a nice place! We think so highly of them, they are the best!
