I am still here 5 days. Food ALWAYS cold. Can't get meds when due. sometimes takes up to 3 hrs to see someone. Packages to front desk DO Not get delivered. Only 2 or 3 people who respond. This really sucks when you are at the mercy of others

My brother was moved to several different rooms for no reason provide which changed his caseworker which destroyed any continuum of care. There was absolutely NO communication from doctors, nurses, physical therapist, etc. we were left to figure things out for ourselves. I would NOT recommend this facility.

Avalon Care Center at Northpointe seems to care about the people there. They keep the place clean. I think like almost every place else, they're short-handed, not terribly, but they are giving my wife therapy sessions to try to strengthen the rest of her body and stuff. I don't have much to say against them other than just a couple of people who have maybe burned out a little bit. It could be that I've just seen them on days when they were having a bad day, but even those people have taken care of my…

I thought my mom would die within a few months of choosing Avalon for long term care because she was going downhill fast. She has received such good care there, instead she is stronger more competent and happy. Meds have been adjusted to get rid of confusion, her needs are taken care of and the facility is clean and everyone is friendly and kind.

I was there for 6 weeks durring my stay it took 15 to 45 minutes for light to be answered. No help at all durring meal times they mad me feel rushed and if you ask the any thing else they were discussed. Most of the time workers didn't change glovesbetween patients and they didn't wash hands workers were very rough when handling me. I would Not recommend this facility to anyone terrible experience
