Just wish the cost of living in Oregon wasn’t so high. And an hour from the coast but outweighs all others.

Avamere at Hillsboro was very lovely and quiet, but it was just too far away. It was a very nice place. I only met one person there. There were no other staff members that I can recall that I met. It seemed very empty. The only person I met walked me around and she told me about the place, and we walked outside to the garden and patio. She was a very lovely lady and she was helpful. My son and daughter went with me to tour Avamere at Hillsboro. It was a lovely, lovely person who met us, showed us through everything, followed up with us, and answered questions. That was a year or so ago. It's very close to our home and we liked it very, very much. The facility was beautiful and well taken care of. The residents were well taken care of, too.
