PositiveThe reason for my score is I feel the communication between the medical staff and residents could be better. The apartment is nice and works well for [name removed]. She has everything she needs. The medical aids have been good, sometimes they have a difference of opinion. It's mostly around her having cough drops and eye drops. Now that I know everything has to have an order we can hopefully improve that. She likes the food service, house cleaning is a bit less than expected as they don't dust or vacuum often. Th…

PositiveI obviously don't eat at the community, but my mom who is a very picky eater has expressed being fairly happy with most of the food, and the chef has been accommodating with her desire to have things cooked a certain way Also, the facility is very clean, the staff up to this point has been very friendly, and the activities although my mom may not participate in something every day, have met her needs to be out and creating some friendships. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experienc…

CriticalThe facility is clean, and the staff is caring. In the beginning, things seemed good, but they had a change in management and employees. Food could be better. Does not seem to have meal planning for special diets like diabetics. Always a big turnover in employees. Residents complain of boredom. They need more physical activities. The only exercise is led by a senior who lives there and has no expertise.
★★★★★
CriticalI would recommend in the right circumstances. It's more affordable than other places. It's clean.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is wonderful. Always willing to help you in any way. The only thing I don’t like is the meal schedule. Breakfast at 8, Lunch at 12 and dinner at 5. I would like a flexible meal schedule. The food is not always the best and sometimes it’s outstanding.
★★★★★
CriticalI was not happy about the "move in fee" didn't know about this until I was moving her in and it feels like a way to cover the fee they pay you. I've only felt with one staff member and [name removed] the sales person. The staff person [name removed] has been great, [name removed] has been difficult to get responses out of since move in.
