Avista Senior Living White Cliffs

I lived there for four months and just couldn't stand it any longer. The meals were to rich and they have no dietician on staff. Too rigid a meal schedule and menu even though they have what they call an open menu it's all sandwiches. Then there's having to share laundry facilities with so many other people it's hard be able get in to do your laundry at a reasonable time. Since Avista has taken over the place has gone done hill and is not as good a place to live. Think twice before moving here or putting a loved on…

Vista seem to be clean and will manage rooms were nice cost is what I figured it would be for the value. The memory unit was cleaner than what I’ve seen other facilities. It is a little too big for my my taste for my mom, but it probably would suffice.

Our families experience

The care is great. It's self pay and we are paying almost $[removed] per month. Mom is running out of money. It's a small memory care unit and it's great. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They know what needs to be done and care for the residents very well.

I did not enjoy or understand what was going on with [name removed]. Nobody told me anything because I was only a friend to him. Overall, I was left with a very bad feeling. Things were taken from his room without anyone's permission. I pray I never end up in an assisted living facility.

White Cliffs is expensive but it's worth it. The people are nice and friendly. The nurses care for their patients. It's clean.

Could be the best , but needs improvement in some area's

What we like the best about the community is the available activity's. What they could improve on our be the communication between departments is terrible, anything having to do with care points is a block wall
