CriticalI was charged for care that I did not ask for did not need and never received but I was still charged $[removed] simply because that would've been the first level of care it was $[removed] a month for me with that additional money the meals were shameful. PositiveI feel extremely happy that I chose Avista! ALL the staff are awesome - they know my name, they know what I can and cannot do, the food is great, all I can say is its a pleasure to be here!

CriticalVery disorganized. Can't seem to find time to help with showers or other needs. Food and food service very lacking. Took them a few weeks to get him on a laundry schedule and several weeks for showers. He's had to ask many times for things.

PositiveI wish there had been more staff to care for the residents, they said it was memory care, but my paperwork said assisted living. My mom got out of the facility 4 times. Overall the staff that were there were wonderful. Overall the assisted living is wonderful for place, just not for someone with dementia.

She would have to leave there eventually if she needed more memory care and they're the ones …
