PositiveNow, it is well with my spirit.
My mother now resides at Azalea Gardens. I am always pleased when I drop by for a visit. The staff is very friendly and they remember my face. I also find the food to be really good quality. It looks good. It smells good and, my mother seems to enjoy her meals. I would recommend Azalea Gardens out in Mapleton to any of my friends if they needed that particular type of service for their loved ones.

As a resident I needed caregivers assistance in the beginning, fortunately it’s no longer required. The facility lacks good services not related to care. There’s no water at all today, noticed at 9:40. No advance notice given so no idea how long it will be off. There was no hot water from 8/30-9/17 & 11/20 for half a day. Also my bedroom ceiling fan lost blades for 6 months until down to 1 before it was replaced. The one telephone line isn’t answered consistently. My biggest problems are tv errors and loss of half…

CriticalI am/was a resident of this facility
The facility, food and people are great but when there’s a problem it’s not resolved easily if at all. It took me almost a year to get them to change my sheets weekly. For months housekeeping hasn’t been done weekly and trash hasn’t been picked up daily. Since February of last year I’ve had tv problems Errors come up every 30-60 seconds, channel loss, currently can’t even access NBC. The tv provider has said they need to upgrade their equipment. Definitely not worth the money!
