My Mother was in the St. Albans facility for the better part of three years. My Mom has been in and out of many facilities and the Balance home is the only place Mom ever called home other than staying with one of her children. Balance loved Mom. They kept her clean and safe. They got her to laugh and smile. They had the same caregivers consistently. Communication was very good between the owners and myself.
