CriticalI can't find one nice thing to say. Lack of staff and what they do have did not take called of my dad. He was not fed, they would say he was agressive, thats why he was there. End states of dementia he became agressive which was not him. They were not feeding him just leave a trays in his room. It was dirty when he arrived and some of the same dirt was in the same Spot 3 wks later. They failed to put him in hospice in a timely männer. The last night he was alive we couldn't even get them to administer him…

CriticalMy father was in Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. I would not recommend it. It's not a good place. I don't like anything about it. Non-caring and non-professional for the majority of the staff. They're just indifferent. I would give the food a zero. They have an outdoor space, but it's dark and dingy. They have activities there, but they don't encourage it. They have a tremendous amount of room for improvement.

CriticalMy husband was there in long-term care. It proved to be his demise. I believe many of the staff provided only what they were supposed to do. On one occasion, his bed was unmade and lunch tray was still in the room at 2 p.m. No one wanted to answer a question - it was easier to say " I just came on." For about 2 weeks, there was feces on a pillow in the bathroom. Unfortunately, my husband passed away on Memorial Day. We are still missing shoes, slippers, a belt and pants. When we needed it, it was very unf…

CriticalAll I can advise is to never send a loved one here. My father was there for two weeks of rehab after a month long hospitalization. There was zero case management. They sent him home without ever sending any referrals for in home OT/PT or skilled nursing that was desperately needed. That left us all with trying to care for him and set up services leaving him with nothing for over two weeks. We had to use his primary care to start all over again. They will not care for your loved ones, there is zero accountability or…

PositiveMy aunt was in baptist for 4 weeks. The rooms were clean, if I could give less for the kitchen and the food I would give them a 1. Never knew when you were gonna eat, then food came up all different times and when it did it was cold. Nursing staff some days they worked short but the staff on rehab were great always passionate and caring. AL he is exceptional. Linda she always was helpful and pleasant. Therapy dept. was wonderful.

CriticalMy wife is in Baptist Health Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. We didn't have much choice. It was the only place nearby that had an opening. I think they're somewhat understaffed. I'm not impressed with the meals they serve. The staff members are friendly people. They care about their jobs. I have no complaints about the people there. The food is institutional. There are fruit and vegetables, but the vegetables are usually overcooked. What's inside the sandwich is overcooked and dry. The plac…
