CriticalAbsolutely the most archaic healthcare known to the human race. Geriatric care providers appear to be extremely unskilled & the lack of basic understanding of how to care for patients is rampant. The wellness of the patient actually declines while under the care of the providers at this facility. Atrocious!

PositiveDuring the first visit that I made to Baptist Village, my grandmother was in the alzheimers unit. The workers were friendly and spoke highly of my grandmother to us. The facility is beautiful and secure. There is a guard at the gate with a friendly demeanor. During the second visit, my grandmother was moved to another unit in which she had a room mate. The room mate did not have dementia and appeared to be sweet. She stated that she liked the facility and told us that our grandmother often calls our names. At the l…
