We are now at Barclay House of Tarboro. So far, we're very pleased. We have been here for a little bit, but so far, everything has been very good. Everybody has been so nice, and they seem to know who we are right away. They're taking the time to learn who we are. The staff has been very nice, have been very cooperative, and very helpful. They're doing very well, and our apartment was just all clean before we moved in. The food is very good. I just noticed my husband this morning, and I think I have …

I like living at The Fountains at The Albemarle. The residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very nice, a good size, plenty of storage area. They provide a wide range of activities.

I have been here for two years. The Fountains of the Albermarle has been a very nice facility but it is over 40 years old and many things are too old and need to be fixed like the heating and cooling system. My apartment the valves and thermostat needs to be replaced. We have had three different property directors since I have been here. The turnover of employees is one of the biggest problems. Once maintenance sees the problem and director puts in request, he leaves for another job. Now our 4th property director h…

RETIREMENT LIFE

The Fountains at the Albemarie is a wonderful place for my mother to live. My sister and I are both satisfied with the staff and facility. The only negative, which is not a big one, would be the food. It's not consistently delicious, though most of the time it is.
