I am at Bel-Air for rehab this is a wonderful place a wonderful staff is clean everyone's nice to you the health care is great the rehab is wonderful if I had to stay here long-term I'd pick this place every day of the week and twice on Sunday I would just like to thank that staff at bel air for all they do thank you

I spent ten days at this facility after surgery and it was a nightmare. The physical therapists and daytime nurses are fine, but the nights are hell. There are not enough nurses, the aides are rude and leave you on a toilet for half an hour after you ring the bell, and dementia patients wandered into my room and were not monitored. My usual breakfast was two hardboiled eggs and a piece of wet bread, and the other meals were not much better. No one cared if I could reach the tray or not. There is continual moaning a…

My mother was a rehab patient. First of all, I need to commend some of the staff. PT Ronell was excellent! OT was very nice. Social worker Terry was great! However, the food was inedible. We had to bring our mother food to eat. She did not get her meds at appropriate times. It was loud at night and impossible to rest. We were glad to get our mother home. I’m thankful my mother is in her right mind and able to speak up for herself.

We found the Belaire Health Care Center for my mother. She's only been there a little bit, I guess it's going good, we can't go inside the facility because of the COVID, but we can visit at the window and with a telephone. You just see her in her room, they put her in a wheelchair, roll her to the window, and give her the phone. The staff is so far very nice and helpful. My sister is in Belaire Health Care Center. Because of the COVID, they wouldn't let us in there. I was there for 20 minutes sitting outside during the Thanksgiving week to stop for my sister. It seems OK. To me, it's too expensive, but it is what it is. So far, the staff has been pretty good and pretty decent. The only thing I hate about it, and it's not their fault, it's the State's fault, because COVID is so widespread, they're not letting in people to see their loved ones, and I can…
