I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My wife will be moving into Bella Vita AFH. It is an adult family home. It was probably a single-family residence that was converted into an adult family home. I believe they were licensed just for three people at that location. They have various activities that they schedule, such as exercising and that type of stuff. They are a one level house with wheelchair access from the front. It has solid surface flooring throughout. It is a nicely built home inside and out from what I could tell.
