I'd never go back there

Ultimately moved away & so much happier. Quality was good at first & seemed to be up to standard but after many months it began to change. All they cared about was filling the place up. They didn't care about attending to us. More people moving in came with less quality in the care, food & in the emotional well-being of residents. Management & staff changes made it even worse. Mom never talks about the food. It seems to be very expensive but an overall pleasant environment.

Our family had an in person tour actually twice and right when you walk in it is absolutely beautiful. The location is very close by and the price is much better then our loved ones current place, but every time we have visited we just so no activities going on at all.

Exceeding expectations!

My mother-in-law moved into Bellaview right when it opened. With all the issues surrounding Covid-19, we were a little nervous about putting her anywhere. They have been BEYOND careful with the residents and we feel she is safer there than she would have been with any of us. The facility is brand new, light and bright, beautifully decorated, and the rooms are definitely larger than most we saw (we looked at about 12 other places in person).
