PositiveBeautiful open facility with tasteful bright decor, much akin to a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and [name removed], our guide, helpful and informative.

CriticalMy 103 year old mother has been at Belmont Calabasas for over 3 years. Overall it has been and continues to be good for her. However, there are significant lapses in service, so at 103 sometimes she calls for help from an employee, and the stated policy is that person responds within 10 minutes, but the response time greatly exceeds that much too frequently. PositiveThere's plenty of activities and outings, staff rotates a lot, dining experience was ok - not a ton of diversity in the menu, but not bad. It's comfortable and clean.

They shut the place down, and when it reopened, the meals were terrible, and they never changed their menu. They were understaffed, and they couldn't keep staff. One of the reasons why we …

PositiveBelmont Village Calabasas is beautiful. It's like a five-star resort, but the problem is it's out of our budget. They have very nice and beautiful apartments. The common area is beautiful and very first class, too. They have a pool. The staff was nice.
