We looked at the memory care of Belmont Village Los Gatos because my mom has memory issues. I don't think my mom would have been able to do assisted living because we needed to make sure she doesn't wander out and get back. I liked it. It was clean, and it had a lot of events. However, my mom isn't social, and I don't think she would have been able to take advantage of a lot of it. The staff was very good. They were very friendly. They explained a lot. We took a tour, and they pointed things out…

Belmont Village Los Gatos was absolutely incredible. The lady who gave us the tour was absolutely excellent. She went out of her way to answer questions. They were incredibly friendly. It was very clean. We were there when they were having lunch, and it didn't feel like it was a nursing home. It didn't smell. It seemed busy and friendly. People were treated with dignity. The staff members were wonderful. They showed examples of what they were serving for the day, and it was like you're in a five-star…

Belmont Village Los Gatos was a nice facility. But I found it odd that there was nobody around. The whole time I was there, I ran into one couple in the elevator and that was it. I didn't really interact with many of the staff. I met the salesperson, and she was competent. The building was very clean, and it was a nice setup. It gave a good impression, but I didn't see any residents there. The rooms were fine. The dining area looked nice.
