The staff at Belmont Village Albany was professional and friendly, and the residents were very friendly. The whole facility was clean and very homey. We didn't taste the food or anything, but it looked good. The dining area was big. They have an underground garage. There were many parking spaces, so that's pretty good, and it's gated.

My wife and I both lived at Belmont Village Albany. They had very good food and some very good activities and fellow residents were very interesting, but they had serious employment issues. Some of the staff were very, very good, others were really bad. They had poor internet and no water facilities, but it was beautiful and extremely well maintained. The rooms were quite big. A great place

The facility is about 5 years old so still "new". It is well laid out, the memory care unit has two common areas for activities and another area for small groups. There is an outdoor secured and sheltered patio area which is also used for activities when weather permits. Bathrooms are roomy with roll-in showers. Staff has always been friendly, caring and accommodating. Turnover is significant as expected but all new staff seem to be well trained before they hit the floor. Very Impressed

I find the Belmont Village Albany to be a great place, but my father would appreciate quicker response to his PAL calls. The staff really cares for the residents and whenever there's an issue, I receive a call.
