★★★★★
PositiveResidents seem to be happy and engaged. The facility is very clean and I'm told the food is actually good. The staff was professional and friendly. Downsides - due to the location, there is not a lot of natural light, especially on the lower floors. If you have a south-facing view on an upper floor, you can get some decent light.

PositiveA Place for Mom was invaluable in helping our family find the right facility for my Aunt, in a very tight time frame. Belmont Village Lincoln Park was our choice. Our Aunt has resided there 6 months and we are very pleased with the staff and the professional care that she is receiving. The facility is clean, her apartment is spacious and the meals are tasty and nutritious. My Aunt was isolated in her apartment and at Belmont Village seems to be enjoying the activities and socialization. We are very pleased.
★★★★★
PositiveBelmont Villages is a superbly placed facility with excellent services. Large memory care studios add to its appeal. Relatively expensive with additional fees, Belmont Villages tends to attract patients with resources to pay. Yet value for money is high. You pay for what you get. Belmont Villages offer everything one could ask of a quality care facility.

PositiveWe toured Belmont Village Lincoln Park, and it was great. I liked that the parking is conveniently under the facility. All you have to do is park and walk out, and you're at the front door. The rooms were a nice, decent size. The floors were not easily accessible, like in memory care, everything is locked. We went, and they were having a community center so that the elderly people were sitting in a room watching television, and the staff was attending to them. They were giving medication at the same time, and …

PositiveVery good communication with the Manager of the Memory Care Unit and other staff, in the initial weeks before I visited in person. This was very important as we were advised to delay our first visit to allow time for my Aunt to acclimate, and naturally there was some anxiety on my part, so the good communication with me was reassuring. So far so good in terms of a recommendation. I will add that A Place for Mom was a tremendous help. We had to find a place within a few days to move my Aunt and A Place For Mom was a…

CriticalThe attention to memory care patients can we lacking. Activities don't match the cognitive levels of the patients. They basically sit in one room all day and rarely get taken outside, to hear live music or have use of the theater. All promised during the tour. Communication with management is difficult. Hard to get responses.
