Belmont Village Sunnyvale looked wonderful. It was clean. There was plenty of staff. There were a lot of options for amenities. Memory care has less just because it is memory care, but the whole facility was inviting and so forth. The other day I was there, they had a musician in. Then some places had a gaming table if you wanted to play cards and an exercise space. So, there were 3 or 4 different things available. The dining area was nice. It's almost like a restaurant. It's pretty.

CriticalMy experience with this community was deplorable. The staff is unprofessional and rude and the management does not seem to care who they disrespect or who they talk down to. It is a shame because many people are very kind but think twice before sending your loved one there.
