Our Mom has been at Belvedere for eight weeks now and we are very pleased with the care and support the staff and residents have given her. What a blessing to have a quality home for Mom to be cared for. Since Mom can no longer be in the comfort of her own home, this place is second best!

The whole staff are very pleasant and care about each resident. They are attentive to residents individual needs and show their respect. I have never witnessed a resident wearing soiled clothing. The facility is clean with a cheerful atmosphere. The meals from what we are told by my mother in law are healthy, taste good and presented nicely in the dining room. CriticalFrustrated with system failures and rules of state laws.
They were a little short on the care she needed. She almost needed hospice but didn't qualify for it. Had numerous falls and last one put her in hospital again with no broken bones but contusions. After discharge from hospital to hospice she passed in a week.

I have a concern with them at the moment. Somehow my mom was able to wheel herself to the road in her wheelchair without anyone knowing. They moved her to memory care because of it. The food is not good and they've had times they did not serve what was on the menu. Otherwise, it's very clean, staff helpful and friendly.

The staff always greets anyone at the door with a welcoming hello and a glad to see you smile. Any staff member is always available to help or answer questions. They make each resident feel right at home. No one is given the impression that they are a burden. The facility is always clean with a home like atmosphere. We have to say the meal menus are great!
