CriticalThe staff are great. I just feel that they need more activities that keep them engaged. They have to have brain games and also they need to work with their hands. Everyone just look bored the food was cold whenever I tried my mother's plate. The room sizes are way too small. PositiveI really liked the location first of all. It is in a wooded area which is my husband's preference. Second impression was of happy residents who engaged me in conversation. Thirdly I liked the tour of the building and the location of my husband's room. It looks over the wooded area. Our conversation about the facility and my husband's needs was thorough.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and gave me a comprehensive tour. I absolutely loved Benchmark and wish I had the funds to live there.
★★★★★
PositiveBenchmark was a good facility and catered to advanced level of care. There was a small number of independent residents. The location was beautiful and the facility seemed to be well-maintained.
★★★★★
PositiveI think they did a great job with mom. They just need more activities to keep them more occupied. The staff were very kind. Food needs to be better

She was always available for any questions. Also, I felt a very warm and friendly feeling upon entering Benchmark. It was like being at home. I felt the same way when I walked around the 3rd floor which is the Memory Care floor. They have a lovely outdoor deck on the 3…
