PositiveOur experience
This is what I am hearing from my loved one - the resident. Our loved one would love to have more of a variety of activities. Music during happy hour (great idea). More organized games other than bingo, more outdoor talent coming in for entertainment. Our loved one states it is very boring on the weekends. There is not much going on. Our loved one appreciates how kind the staff is and the director -Marie, she's says is doing a wonderful job. The food is fantastic!! She appreciates that transportation is available …

Positive[name removed] was able to accomadate our visit request last minute. She was very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed seeing the facility, it’s such a nice place, bright and cheerful, very well maintained, happy looking staff. It was a productive visit, as [name removed] answered all of our questions and was very understanding of the emotions involved in making choices for an elderly family member.
