★★★★★
PositiveThe Towers tour was very nice and informative. We learned a lot and were shown a couple options for future living. That might be a place for us.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff and residents were kind and easy to talk with. The pricing and what they offered at that price was good. The building is old and appears to need a lot of work and upgrades. Not sure that this is a place for me. Parking outside is not good for me and my diseases that I have. I still drive and need a place with underground heated garage in the winter. I don’t want to fall trying to get to my car.

CriticalSimply awful nursing care. Sraff never seem to be available nor do they know how to use medical equipment. Constanr medication errors.

CriticalThis is a horrible place. They wanted to kick my mother out of rehab with only 3 day notice, they did not do any of the things they said they would do for her upon discharge (meals on wheels, county PCA, etc), and I called multiple people from her care team multiple times, even the executive director!!!! NO one CARED or called me back!!!! Also, one night when my mother was sleeping, one of the NA's came in her room was digging around in her drawers of all of her belongings!!!!

Especially when the resident is unable to speak for themselves. Trying to get answers is worse than pulling teeth. Phone calls are either returned at their convenience or not at all. And questions are avoided or vaguely answered. And most of the aids do not speak very good English. There has been a lack of activities for residents to do. And I feel that the …
