I've noticed it takes time to fix some maintenance items. ( is cable, room heat and air went wacky one night up to 90. Took awhile to fix. (Per my father). Overall he is happy but it's taking time for him to adjust to his new way of life.

PositiveI love it. It felt good to be back in Winona, the town where I was born and grew up in. The person who gave us the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable. The units are very spacious and have lots of light. I am not ready for assisted living at present but maybe when they are ready for me, I will be ready for them.
