CriticalUnfortunately, my mother passed away [date removed]. I felt there was a distinct difference in culture during the evenings and weekends which gave me pause. I had actually started looking for different options for my mother just prior to her passing. The day staff seemed amazing as well as a few of the evening staff. There were some things that I would find that made me feel less confident. They have a great Director who is engaged but I just feel there's a lack of oversight and accountability on the off shifts. PositiveI visited Benton Village of Stockbridge, and I really liked it. It had nice-sized rooms, and it was a good environment. I love the rooms, the staff, and the environment. They did a good job of doing transportation. One thing that could be improved on was that they didn't have a really good space for physical therapy, if you required that. They had a library. PositiveI thought the costs were good in relation to other homes we inquired about. The administration was great because they were very communicative throughout the process. Other residents seem happy there and the home was very clean. Overall, it felt pleasant. Their ability to admit my family member on short notice was very helpful and I'm forever appreciative for them doing so
★★★★★
PositiveWe visited the Benton Village of Stockbridge. The people that we dealt with in the office were honest, straightforward, and very understanding about our problems. We were going to go there, but my wife got sick, so we could not go there. Nevertheless, the place was super. It was clean, updated, and modern. We saw the dining area, and it looked great. We also saw the room where they were doing exercises with the patients.
★★★★★
PositiveThe room size is good. The food and dinging are good. The cleanliness is good. Attentiveness is good. They do a good job overall. I like the friendly and helpful staff.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff was helpful and communicated well with my family. Made my family members stay a safe stay. I would recommend them to others who are searching for memory care for their loved ones.
