PositivePositive experience. Very clean. Friendliness was good once I understood protocol. Quality of care was as good as could be expected. Food was excellent. Activities were available, she didn't take advantage of most but they tried to get involvement. Pricing was fair. All in all, it was a nice facility.

CriticalTakes too long for help to respond when senior pushes help button … can take them an hour to hour and a half to respond to someone that has to use the bathroom !! No one that pays almost $5,000 a month should ever pee their pants there … unacceptable! Some of the workers are pretty good … some not so much … seem to be understaffed and under qualified. The building is very nice and rooms pretty good … too bad the staffing and care doesn’t match:
