PositiveI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
The people at Bethany at Pacific are good. My loved one is there right now. They do their best, but they are short-staffed too often. I think the cost is way over charged but then I think that about most health care things. The staff is very competent. They do an excellent job. They try to get as much cooperation out of the person as they can get. They're also concerned about the patient's wants. Sometimes the patients are too moody to do anything, but they'll come back later.
