★★★★★
PositiveWe toured this community for the care for my mom. The staff was very nice and helpful. The community appeared to be clean and the environment was nice. They offer a good variety of meals that would have been a good choice. The community is further than what we wanted. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.
★★★★★
CriticalI felt that they were extremely over priced for the small rooms and community it was. It did not seem welcoming and the place had no one in the halls. Not the residents or the staff. The community was extremely clean, but it made me feel weird with no one being around.

Classification and identity evidence
Current CMS-certified nursing-home provider record; classification does not imply current admission availability.
Authoritative classification evidence · observed September 16, 2026Active South Carolina DPH-licensed Community Residential Care Facility with 2 through 16 licensed beds, retained only when its official facility name or Alzheimer fields provide a senior-care signal and excluded when facility or licensee text identifies disability, special-needs, behavioral-health, mental-health, developmental, habilitation, or group-home populations. Capacity and senior relevance are conservative Board & Care proxies; South Carolina does not certify that marketing label. The registry does not prove current availability, price, ownership, or an operator relationship, and licensee is retained only as regulatory evidence.
