My sister's home

My sister likes it there. I just want to make her happy in the time she has left. Help always friendly. She is well taken care of. I had supper with her, food was good! [Name Removed] is there for me, when I have questions. My sister has gained some weight, she is walking with help. Good place for her to be at this time!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My sister has moved into Bickford of Moline. It is a nice and very clean place. The people are friendly. I was so glad we found it. The staff is great. I can't say enough about the place. They've just been so helpful through this move. I like the idea that you can move in your own furniture, so the person that's there is kind of in their own surroundings with their own stuff. They were making a pot roast that smelled really good. We couldn't get my sister to eat, but when she got moved over ther…

I visited this facility

What I liked most about Bickford of Moline is the location, the people seemed friendly there, and it's a nice and clean place. Everything was kept clean, and the rooms were nice. We just looked at the single rooms, and they seemed pretty spacious. Jennifer, the one that I had an appointment with, couldn't make it, so one of the nurses took me around. She explained everything very well, was very informative, answered any questions I had, and took me around everywhere. She was very nice. They had a nice-loo…

I like Bickford of Moline. The only thing I don't like is that it's all combined into one area. The different levels of living are all combined into one building, and it's a shared situation, and I don't think I feel comfortable there. The staff who gave the tour was very nice, though. They have a beauty salon or a place for haircuts and so forth. They have an outside area, which is kind of nice. They have a garden, but it is very limited. The place was very upkept, but the dining area was prett…

I was very pleased with Bickford of Moline, and I was very impressed with the lady that assisted us. She was very nice. The building was very nice and very clean, too. They provide three meals a day. There was a courtyard as their outdoor space.

I visited this facility

Bickford of Moline is a small and intimate living space. If you're looking for something like that, that is a good option. The facility was old with very small rooms. There was a college-sized refrigerator, but that was the only appliance I noted in some of the rooms. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't rush us through anything.
