CriticalThey never had activities. And was insulted by one of the staff there. They recently raised their rates but haven't given their own staff a raise in years. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in that facility.

PositiveMy mom is now at Biltmore Assisted Living. I like that they take good care of her. The least thing I like about them is that they do not brush my mom's teeth. I have to go and brush her teeth. Also, it is very difficult for me to get a receipt when I pay them. The staff members are very friendly and very caring. I do not taste her food, but it looks acceptable. Everything is very clean. And if residents spill food, it is cleaned right away. And the rooms are very nice. It's a friendly, quiet environment.

PositiveGreat place for my husband while he could stay due to an illness he had to leave. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a place to care for a loved one

PositiveI went to Biltmore Assisted Living. I like the overall cleanliness of the place. It was very well-kept. The staff was very nice and very informative. They had a salon for the patients. And they had a patio. The only thing is that the outside patio didn't have any trees. It was not shady. I was told that as far as transportation services, they didn't have any. I would have to pick up my wife and take her to her doctor's appointment. They said that they had a couple of doctors who would go there. But m…

CriticalMy mother is no longer at this facility, I will tell you it was not a good place. I could not stay in dining room while they ate. They didn't want me to see the crap they served, there were no activities. Residents would eat their meals, & went right back to their rooms. They never had enough help, only one CNA. I wouldn't even rate them a one! Worst run facility ever, all they did was lie to me, just to get my mom to move there. Someone should send the State to check this place out.
