PositiveWell, I have not actually been to Blueberry Hill. I am out of state. But, based on feedback from my mother in law and sister in law, the place is ok. Getting her there was about a 4 on experience level, with 5 being the best. Since I'm out of state, there was a lot of texting, email and phone back and forth. PositiveWhen I 1st found out where my Aunt was, it was upsetting because of the Distance. But.....the 1st time that I went, I Was Truly BLESSED to Find The Most Amazing Staff. Each time I was more impressed. She was there for Several Years.... PositiveIt is the most wonderful place. I would highly recommend it. It is a warm, family environment where the staff give personal, individualized care and show great compassion for every resident. The staff are friendly and helpful, and are excellent about communicating with family members. Mother tells me the food good. The home itself is comfortable, not necessarily roomy or spacious, but people of that age need closeness to help provide stability. I think of it as cozy.

PositiveWe chose Blueberry Hill because it was a smaller community, only 10 residents and it is a home so we felt she would be more comfortable in that type of setting. They also have the same staff all the time, so there is less chance of them bringing any sicknesses in. The communication from them is great, they text me or call me if anything is going on right away.
