My brother is at Bluff Creek Terrace. A little more staff support is needed there. They take care of the people, but I believe they seem to be short of staff. Nevertheless, they're doing a good job, and they seem to be doing all right. I have not tried their food. However, my daughter had been down there about four times, and she didn't feel the quality of the food was what she would have expected. From the sales staff prior to move-in, to the day that my mother left two months later, it was nothing but lies. Food sucks and is not served as promised with a two plate presentation. Care is spotty at best. Even with industry-wide difficulties, there is no excuse for some of the occurrences I've witnessed. From day one the expectations were overinflated. Phone problems meant there were weeks that went by with the facility being unable to reach me, it didn't occur to the administrator to send me an email until weeks later. Still no resolution of the phone issue; it's just whatever. Sales staff lie, care staff lie, and the administrator is rude and condescending. I visited this facility

I visited The Arbors at Bluff Creek, but I didn't choose it because I don't think that the person I need care for is at the level of dementia where most of their patients are. The rooms that I saw and their amenities were adequate, we also toured the outside of the facility. There was music playing on the TV and that's really all we saw going on. The staff was very nice. My wife is getting very good care here

I like the care that my wife is getting here as she does need more of a skilled nursing type of care now. They are very well staffed and they are very attentive to my wife needs. They help her with her daily care, they help with her meals. They communicate with me well and I would definitely recommend them to friends and famiy.

Nice lady!

I did not go on the tour of this community. I did get to talk to the lady that was here. She told us everything that we needed to know about the community. They did not provide the services that my mom needed.
