What they could improve on would be the food, the housekeeping and the overall cleanliness of the facility. They are out of several foods all the time.

Director is great but staff is not all well trained so there's a lack of consistency. If the Director isn't there, the care is not the same. Cleanliness is good, apt size Is great. I think they just don't have a great staff.
