PositiveThey were great to my Dad. The one thing that was poor, often was the food quality. I would recommend Bonaventure. The staff was Wonderful, very supportive, kind, patient, and compassionate. My Dad was high needs, very difficult to transfer from chair to bed and other transfers. He said that they were good listeners and always tried to make him happy and comfortable. The very first day he was there they all knew his name.
