PositiveOverall nice facility
A lot of turnover in nursing staff. One nurse that was less friendly and helpful left facility but then returned. General staff turnover was high. New director not as friendly and helpful as previous.

CriticalThe staff is helpful and the food is what you would expect from a senior center that must take into account elder needs. The kitchen is suppose to accommodate diners 0700-1900, however there is not always someone available to prepare something. The dining rooms are nice and there is a place for people to eat outside on the patio. There are many great activities that are available for residents.

PositiveBased off of our experience living at Bonaventure Tri Cities, we would recommend the facility to others looking for retirement living. We will be moving to [facility name removed] once finished though. Now that we can do our own cooking and cleaning and save some money.
