My 80-year old mother was checked in here after hip replacement surgery a few weeks ago and it was so horrible that we had to go remove her from there less than 24 hours later. Super unprofessional, food was disgusting, they didn't come when called to assist her going to the bathroom, and then wouldn't give us her meds to take home when we discharged her. If you care about your one at all, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE.

My review is based upon personal experience in this facility. I was there for 30 days after a fall that resulted in fractures of both legs. I was initially in casts on both legs and bedbound, and then gradually progressed to wheelchair. My father was sent there after his second stroke .My mother was physically unable to take care of him.while there he was suppose to recieve comfort care,however he was the most uncomfortable i have ever seen him.half the time they lost his clothes and had him in improper clothing .He was in pain and neglected most times.we never saw the doctor to access if he needed pain meds or back to hospital.He had a few falls and contusions from wandering the halls alone.relief came when we requested back to hospital ,evergree…

My Mom stayed her for 3 months due to a broken femur. She started in a double room then moved to a private room. The staff there are very caring and attentive. Her bed was comfortable and they kept is low as she was a fall risk. The activities director is wonderful and got my mom to attend some activities during her stay. They have bingo, trips, movies, etc. The food is ok, breakfast is one of the best meals. You can select your menu every week. They have other options to take if you do not like what is offered. Sh…

My friend was in Bothell Health Care, and it was great. They had all kinds of activities, arts and crafts, bingo, and parties for holidays. They had three meals plus snacks, plus OT, PT, and help with her oxygen. I would highly recommend it.
