PositiveOur family's experience
Staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent, and the building is kept clean. The cable TV is terrible . ( not their fault) If you in a hurry to find a place , make sure you know the difference between assisted living and skilled nursing. Boyson Heights does not transition to skilled nursing, so my mother will probably have to move again in the near future.

The people there are so caring, it is truly a community. My dad has started assisted Services recently , and we are so happy he has staff checking on him regularly, helping him with things that are difficult now and keeping him from feeling lonely and isolated. He always talks about how good the food is and enjoys having his dinner companion to share stories of the old days with. We have been very happy with how easy they are to work with, and they’re helping navigating resources he may need.

Our mother in law loves Boyson. The staff is very caring and friendly. She has a cat and the entire facility fell in love with him and always dropped in to visit. She really enjoyed the attention she got.

The staff is very easy to work with. They treat our father with respect and seem to really care about him. We can call anytime and get any questions answered. His room is always clean. We had his 90th birthday family party at the facility, which worked out wonderfully. We would definitely recommend Boyson Heights.
