PositiveBraddock Glen is outstanding in every way and my mother (resident) and I could not be more pleased with the staff, management and facility. The residents are happy and friendly. The staff is on top of every single issue and so communicative. My mother has made an amazing transition from independent living after a fall. It had its challenges to transition after a hospital and rehab stay, but the caring staff made her feel at home and loved. Several weeks in and she is happy and settled thanks to all the amazing staf…

PositiveI toured Braddock Glen. What I liked best was the community aspects and how they seemed to treat everybody equally while we were there. It was a great community for someone in a situation like my mom to live in. They had a lot of events and planned activities for their residents, and the food didn't look too bad either. So that was a plus. I saw their menus. They posted them, and they looked like they were pretty good. They were starting to prepare lunch, and I could smell it, and it smelled pretty good. The s…

PositiveWe were able to tour Braddock Glen's assisted living. They have a good amount of residents living there. It's not huge, and it's very clean. It has a lot of sitting areas for activities, too. They even offer Chinese food, which is a big plus to Asians. I was there after lunch, so I was not able to see their food, but I saw the menu posted. The staff is also very friendly and professional.

PositiveI toured Braddock Glen. The visit was fine. I like what I saw. It was organized and clean. The people seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly. The cleanliness and the structure of the building were fine. They had a place with books, but I don't know if they call it a library or not. The rooms were a bit on the small side.
★★★★★
PositiveBraddock Glen was a nice place. I saw the public areas like the library, the dining room, and the local bistro. I also saw the public areas where people could go and sit and read a book or whatever. One of the areas was for book clubs and as a reading room. So those were all very nice. I didn't sample the food, but the dining room looked nice, attractive, and inviting. I met with the marketing people, and they're very nice, too. The place was very clean and very attractive.
