Positive[name removed] was wonderful to tour with. She showed us the facility and explained so much of the daily life there. We were totally sold and have now began the process of moving my 96 year old father in. The rooms were clean and the gardens were peaceful. I will have peace of mind and know my dad is somewhere he can make friends and enjoy life.

We had a horrible experience at this facility. My father-in-law left the facility in poor condition and has never spoken a word since leaving. The facility was dirty, and there appeared to be a high rate of staff turnover, which contributed to a lack of consistency in care. Leadership and higher-level staff were also not consistently present. There were very few, if any, meaningful activities for the residents. Basic needs were also not consistently addressed. Laundry was frequently not completed, beds were left …

My dad has been at Brentwood for about 5 mos. now. He is in assisted living and we have been very happy. The apartment size is perfect for him with a kitchenette area, a nice walk in closet and big bathroom. The people have all been very friendly and very attentive to his needs. They do a very nice job of keeping everything clean in his apartment and in the rest of the building. The food is very good and plentiful. They do his laundry and put it all away for him. We have been very happy with Brentwood.

Actual care & concern was seriously lacking in spite of the promises & great sales pitch. We moved Mom out of there before the 1st 30 days were up. Her new facility is far superior. It was a costly mistake both financially & emotionally. I would recommend people steer clear of Brentwood at Hobart.
