I went to BridgeView Estates to visit a friend. I liked the fact that they had clean, sufficient apartments for each individual. Meals could be prepared locally in their rooms or they could attend group meals in the cafeteria/dining area. They also had outdoor seating and outdoor places where they could sit, walk, and enjoy, as well as various activities for seniors. Nice facility

The independent side was why we chose it. We weren't there for long because mom needed to go to a memory facility. They where all friendly but sometimes hard to get a hold or find.

I am deeply disappointed with the experience at Bridgeview Estates. The rooms are ridiculously overpriced, and the management continually raises the prices without any justifiable reason. This has made it extremely difficult for residents and their families to manage finances, especially given the lack of quality care provided. On the Assisted Living (AL) side, the residents do not receive the necessary attention and care they deserve. Shockingly, one of the residents passed away under their watch with no hospice c…

This place is horrible..my mother was there for 2 years, and after they decided to raise her rent by $2000.00 a month ,it was time to move her.. mom's pain medication on an average of twice a month would come up missing.. they are currently under investigation by the state, and Adult protective services.. I've seen quite a few residents move out for the same reasons.. I've also seen great caregivers quit their jobs and go elsewhere.. this is the truth..
