I fully trust Bright Eyes Retirement home!

Bright Eyes Retirement home is AMAZING! The love, care, and support [name removed], [name removed], and the entire team give to my mom is so much better than than any other assisted living homes my mom has been in (and we've tried a number of them). I can't say enough about the assistance and support I have gotten from Bright Eyes in taking care of my mom, managing her medications and needs, and making sure she is safe and well cared for... Both my Mother [name removed], and Uncle [name removed] were in Bright Eyes facilities. I am a Retired RN and am well aware of the range of care in places like this The staff are mostly Filipina, I have worked with many, and their dedication, cheerfulness, and affection towards patients is stellar. After my Mom, [name removed] got her strength back, Bright Eyes staff cared for at her home until she passed away. They became members of the family. [name removed]

Critical

Terrible place!

This place is terrible. They had a Maltese getting on the patient's beds and pee on their beds. Awful place. Do not take your family member there. People [Removed] there. The dog would poop and they would wipe it with a tissue and nothing else . Disgusting. The staff are not rotated so they are exhausted. Terrible! My friend was there in 2009. I am surprised these places are not monitored better. Awful.

So far it's working out pretty well.

Our loved one is here, and so far we are pretty happy with them. The people are caring, and the staff is friendly. It's kept pretty clean, and the meals there aren't bad either. So far it's working out pretty well.
