We have moved into Brightmore of Wilmington. We chose them because of the things they offered, the activities they provide, and the fact that they have water aerobics classes, which was one of the things I was interested in. Our apartment is adequate. We have a two-bedroom-two-bath. One meal is included, plus they have coffee and pastries in the morning. It's all we need. The food is very good. The people working there are very, very pleasant and very willing to help with anything you need help with. Everythin…

I toured Brightmore of Wilmington. It was informative, and I liked the place a lot. It's just that the price was terrible. The intake person did a great job. The rooms were nice and of a good size. It was very clean. The dining area was open and airy. They have a garden and a salon available.

My mom is a resident of Brightmore of Wilmington. She loves it. My parents have been here for 12 years. My dad died five years ago but my mom has stayed here. She moved into a different, smaller apartment. She has loved her time here. The people have just been wonderful to her. I recommend this place to anybody. The staff at Brightmore of Wilmington is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is very clean. Getting my dad in there was a fairly easy process. They have a large dining room, a pool facility, and a gym. They offer many activities and classes to the residents. They have a library, a courtyard in the front of the building, and a nice veranda with rocking chairs out front. My dad is in a one-bedroom apartment. Brightmore of Wilmington was very nice. They spent a pretty fair amount of time with us, individually showing us around, introducing the place, and explaining the program. So it's like one-on-one service, which is pretty good. We saw both a studio and a 1-bedroom, they were both very nice, clean and very good. There was a small group of people there doing exercise. My mother moved into Brightmore. They seemed to have the best programs to meet her needs. They have a lot of activities, they serve three meals, and the food is pretty good. They do her laundry, housekeeping, and they take her to her doctors' appointments.
