CriticalMy wife has directly experienced both the assisted living section and memory care section while I've experienced only assisted living. We both agree that, overall, the assisted living section is very good while the memory care section is average at best. However, in our opinion, the staff in both sections are outstanding. They are available, helpful, friendly and encouraging and provide excellent care. There are a number of activities available daily in the assisted living section; not so much in memory care. The f…

CriticalThe food was very good and the room size was quite spacious. My grandma wasn't able to attend the activities because of her lack of sight and hearing. The executive director as well as the lead nurse were very unprofessional and not very compassionate. They wanted my grandma to eat all of her meals in her room and be hand fed because they said she wasn't able to feed herself which was untrue. My grandma's physical therapist requested to have my grandma walk to the dining hall with her walker to which the lead nurse…
★★★★★
CriticalThe caregivers and kitchen staff are very friendly. The food is made from scratch and family can eat meals for [Amount removed]. Daily activities for residents. All the residents were friendly and supportive. Negative aspect is lead nurse doesn't seem very compassionate and to be more in charge than the executive director. Also in less than two months I was told they wouldn't be able to give my grandma the level of care they initially agreed to. Even after upping her level of care and charging more.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff at Brighton Court were attentive and caring for my Mom. They checked on her regularly and helped her move around. The facility was clean, the food was good and they could order off of the menu if they didn’t like the selection for the meal.
★★★★★
PositiveI toured Brighton Court. I think the staff was extremely cordial and well-knowledgeable. They appeared to be very clean and truly concerned about the people that they had there. I found nothing that I would put red flags or anything in there cause it looked like they had a good layout. They had good facilities and good clean conditions. It's a nice place.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom was only there for a couple months my brother moved her to [facility name removed]. When she was there though I would rate them a 5 in all areas All of the staff there were extremely helpful and caring.
