Brightwater Assisted Living

Really nice place! Very nice, personable and caring staff! Really enjoyed touring this beautiful community and speaking with staff members. Seems like there is always something to do with activities and health & wellness classes.

Top Notch Care

Brightwater provided exceptional care for my mother while in both assisted living and nursing care. Sharon went above and beyond to help ensure my mother was in good care. The staff including [names removed] were compassionate and very kind in giving my mother the level of care she needed. My family is very grateful to the entire Brightwater community which we highly recommend.

Impressive

Brightwater has been quite helpful. My mother's memory care room is lovely. The staff is incredibly compassionate and sensitive to all of her wants and difficulties. Their eating room is appealing, and the whole environment is pleasant and welcoming. Every day is different for them. They are not permitted to simply sit in their rooms. They make certain that they are involved in the process, and they keep us all informed via newsletters and personal updates. We had to relocate her to [removed], and my mother misses …

Absolute best facility.

We looked at several communities in NC and SC but Brightwater was always #1. This staff is very friendly and always very helpful this location is the best! We are 15-20 min away from 95% of our destinations we love. All the special meals and all the best foods. Only need one thing that is a dog park.

I have had the opportunity to come and tour this community. This community is beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The team was very friendly and pleasant to speak with during my visit. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking to retire.
