PositiveMy dad really complained about the food, the quality just was not there. Staff was very sweet, They really worked with us on many levels. Was hard to get a doctor in to see my dad. It was a confusing process. Since he moved from out of the area we had to find him new doctors and that was not easy.

PositiveMy mom was skeptical at first she had her my mind set she wasn't going to like living there thought it was a nursing home..even though I assured her it wasn't it took about 2 weeks an now she's absolutely loves it at Bristol Manor . It's very clean the staff is wonderful with all the elderly people..an my mom loves their food .lol..an it's awesome watching the workers giving their love an care to each individual..they treat them like real people an not a number or a piece of meat.
