BRITANNIA PLACE

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My aunt currently lives in Britannia Place and she is happy there. She gets a lot of attention and help. It's a small community, like a single home, with maybe about six people in total. They have private rooms and she loves the food. The whole move-in process went smoothly. I got to know the owner of the facility and met with the employees. Everybody seemed very outgoing and nice. A very cozy home feeling place. The owner was very pleasant caring and also very interested in what I had to say. Felt owner was very experienced in running care home and really liked that she did spend time there regularly. Met some of the staff who seemed very nice. Residents seemed comfortable. Definitely recommend this care home!!

Very good experience

This is a nice facility. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have been very reasonable and accommodating when we had a request. The apartments are cozy with lots of amenities. So far, we have had a very good experience with Britannia Place.
