Really nice place. People were very friendly and helpful. My sister and her husband choose home health for now. Will keep you in mind for future reference.

The have been very accommodating and supportive of Dad's transition. I would recommend to others.

Mom is happy

Mom loves her room. She has no complaints. There are some issues with laundry. Her name is on everything but wash clothes and some articles of clothing seem to disappear. Cleanliness, staff care, food, and activities are great. We love that there are many celebrations throughout the year that family can come and share a meal with their loved ones. Thank you for recommending Brookdale Concord for my mother.

I would rate the facility as a 5 for each of the questions. It is clean, the food is great. They have lots of fun activities and the staff is very attentive and polite. Admin is great and always willing to help with any concerns that we have.

I visited this facility

The only difference that I saw between Brookdale Concord Parkway and the other facility was that their memory care facility was like a locked unit, and it was on the second floor. I didn't really particularly like that because they had no way of getting outside unless staff brought them outside to walk around the courtyard. They lack a certain amount of independence.
