Smooth transition

I would rate all a 5 except for 4, 6 and 7. I have not had a direct experience with those but my husband visit his brother every day,and had had absolutely no issues with them. In fact, he make a point to get there in time for breakfast because the food is good. Overall, the staff made a very stressful time much less stressful because of their competence and caring.

I recently flew in from out of state to visit my dad at Brookdale Durham, and I can honestly say the experience brought me so much peace of mind. The team went out of their way to make sure I could spend quality time with him, even helping make accommodations so I could be there for the night when he wasn’t feeling his best.
